The City of Crookston is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Public Works Director for the Public Works Department.
The Public Works Director provides leadership and management in the areas of engineering, street maintenance and sanitation.
This position requires planning, organizing and supervision of tasks necessary to accomplish the performance and responsibilities for the Public Works Department (Streets and Sanitation).
Evaluates job performance of the employees under supervision.
Coordinates department activities and work plans with other departments and department heads to insure timely and cost-efficient consummation of interdepartmental projects.
Works with the City's consulting engineers to coordinate plans and projects.
Advises the Council and department heads concerning short and long-range infrastructure plans.
This position reports to the City Administrator.
Salary:
$90,000-$100,000.
Depending on experience.
