Key
Responsibilities:
Complete installations and assemblies within your designated work area, following assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
Ensure the quality and consistency of installations and assemblies, using measurement tools and basic math skills.
Utilize hand and air tools proficiently, often working near moving mechanical parts.
Lift and move materials as needed (up to 50 pounds) and perform various physical tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace and be present to perform your duties, including occasional overtime as required to meet production schedules.
Requirements for Success:
Proficiency with hand and power tools, along with the ability to read and follow intermediate instructions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills.
On-the-job training is available.
