Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accountant in day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate Payroll and administration of benefits - Coordinate Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable - Develop job costing reports - Assist in reconciling financial statements and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Requirements:
- An Associate degree in Accounting or 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks, familiarity with Bill.
com, GUSTO, Avalara - Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
